Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of tests and lessons is only permitted with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will not be accepted, except in proven medical emergencies (a medical certificate is required).
Cancellations and No-Shows:
In case of cancellation or no-show, the full service amount will be due (including the initial deposit + remaining balance). Additionally, the RMV charges a $35 fee for rescheduling a Road Test with less than 72 hours' notice.
Learner's Permit:
The presentation of the Learner's Permit is mandatory for all lessons and Road Tests. If the student does not have the Permit, the lesson will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Punctuality:
Students must arrive on time for lessons. There is a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes. In the case of a Road Test, the RMV does not allow any time tolerance.
Behavior:
If the student is under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any other illicit substance, or if they drive in a disrespectful or dangerous manner, the lesson will be immediately terminated, all other scheduled appointments will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Unexpected Events:
Our instructors follow a strict schedule. In rare cases, such as accidents in the route, unusually heavy traffic, or mechanical failures in our vehicles, neither the driving school nor the student will be penalized, and we will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible.
Weather Emergencies:
In the event of weather-related emergencies, such as severe rain or snow, lessons will be canceled, and students will be notified.
